MCC's Quarterly Chairman's Breakfast featured guest speaker Caswell Holloway, Deputy Mayor for Operations. Mr. Holloway assists the Mayor in managing the Police Department, the Fire Department, the Office of Emergency Management, Office of Management and Budget, and the Office of Labor Relations. The Deputy Mayor directly oversees the Department of Sanitation, the Department of Buildings, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, the Mayor's Office of Operations, the Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability, and the Mayor's Office of Contract Services. The Deputy Mayor serves as the liaison with the governmental bodies dealing with public finance, procurement, and franchises and concessions.
