The panel title Pan-American regulatory update spoke about attractive lending opportunities exist in markets beyond the borders of the US, from Canada to Mexico
and Brazil, but lenders face additional regulatory challenges. The panel discussed US regulation such as the Fatca as well as initiatives in the wider region that will impact lenders.
